Hey everyone, thanks for listening to my chat with Darrell on Copyblogger.fm! I have a few resources for you to find “extra” time in your day to be consistent with the work you’ve chosen. Here’s the first, a short email course I put together that helps you find the extra hour in your days. What you do with that hour is up to you…
Next – if you’re an online creator looking for a great platform to sell online courses, digital downloads, and memberships (like me) – then you’ll love Podia! Podia is an all-in-one platform that helps you promote, market, and sell your products with an easy to use interface.
This month (October 2019) we are actually running a 21 day product launch challenge – if you’re new to all of this it’s a great opportunity to work with other creators to launch your first (or next) product.
Sign up for the Podia Product Launch Challenge here! ๐
If you’ve never used Podia before, sign up for a free trial to test everything out during the challenge. There’s even a link in day 1 of the challenge to get a special extended trial offer.
Context on my audience growth
I have a few videos about this, but here are the ones I talked about in the podcast. The first one is my story and how I saw the opportunity with bullet journaling and productivity.
The first planning video that popped with (almost) 1k views – when most of my early videos were around 200.
How to keep your editing really simple using only an iPhone. I did most of my first 50 videos like this – only other tool I used was iMovie. I didn’t start using Final Cut Pro until I hit 30k subs, and even still I don’t need it.
If you want to read more about my YouTube strategy and what I recommend to new video creators, click here! I have put together a page on Notion with some tips for starting a YouTube channel – there’s a link to sign up for future updates to the page as well!
Thanks again for listening, hope we can stay in touch!
