- Track your time “roughly”. As in don’t worry about the specific start and stop times, but thinking “I started reading roughly around 8:00 pm”.
- Make your categories broad to start. For example, I recommend these…

- Exercise
- Family
- Journaling
- Friends
- Make it so easy you can’t say no. Print out the grids above and cut out one of for each day, or make your own in the notebook you use. Then set an alarm or reminder on your phone 15 minutes before you normally go to bed, and jot down what you spent your day on.
